Position: Travel Nurse RN – Care Manager – $2,019 per week

Requirements: Current licensure in a clinical discipline (RN, RT, SW preferred); Associate’s Degree in healthcare (Bachelor’s preferred); 2 years of experience in Case Management and Discharge Planning in a Rehab Care setting; Knowledge of insurance industry and government reimbursement
