Position: Tower Housekeeping Manager
About: Assists in the direction of all Housekeeping activities ensuring compliance with Forbes Five Star Service standard of products and services. Responsible for maintaining cleanliness, service, and standards in the Cloister/Tower/Yacht Club/Bungalow building public space and back of the house. Monitors and evaluates team member performance, plans and monitors activities to ensure quality assurance standards are met, selects and trains Housekeeping team members according to Forbes Five Star Standards, and assists with budget preparation and control. Has regular contact with guests, members, and associates.
Requirements: At least two years managing a housekeeping team in a five-star resort; ability to walk, stand, sit, stoop, or bend for the duration of the shift (at least 8 hours); management experience; organized, efficient, and have initiative; ability to work well with guests, line employees, and management; ability to follow directions, guidelines, and established standards.
