Position: Tournament Operations Lead
About: Augusta National Golf Club is seeking a dedicated Tournament Operations Lead to assist in the successful execution of the Masters Tournament, Augusta National Women’s Amateur, and Drive, Chip and Putt National Finals. This position plays a key role in coordinating with various departments, contractors, vendors, and volunteer groups to ensure the smooth operation of these prestigious events while maintaining the Club’s confidentiality standards.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree required; two (2) – four (4) years of experience in spectator sports event management, preferably in golf; possess a valid driver’s license and/or successfully complete the Club’s internal motor vehicle training program
