Position: Third Cook – Full Time – St Mary Medical Center
About: St. Mary Medical Center, a member of Trinity Health, Mid-Atlantic, is seeking a Full Time Third Cook to join the Food & Nutrition team. The Cook oversees hot food production and other designated areas, working under the schedule of a Full Time position with a Rotating shift. Flexibility for weekend and holiday shifts is required.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; experience as a line cook in a kitchen setting; proficiency in culinary skills, including knife skills and cooking techniques like grilling, sautéing, and frying; knowledge of ingredients and food handling; ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment; attention to detail and quality consistency; physical stamina to stand for extended periods; teamwork skills for collaboration with kitchen staff members
