Position: Test Kitchen Manager
About: The Test Kitchen Manager role supports the execution of Culinary projects for developing, optimizing, and maintaining new or existing products, processes, and packaging. This position is crucial for Culinary Innovation, handling daily tasks to ensure kitchen efficiency and validate products and equipment for restaurant use.
Requirements: Approximately two (2) years of experience demonstrating knowledge of restaurant equipment, food product research and development, or related fields; BS in Food Science, Food Technology, Engineering, or a similar scientific field preferred; Knowledge of product evaluation and food handling procedures; Understanding of experimental designs, data collection and analysis, and excel formulation and graphing skills; Restaurant experience preferred; Excellent planning, prioritizing, organizational, and problem-solving skills; Strong work ethic with a commitment to high-quality task completion; Effective written and oral communication skills; Proficient technical skills and analytical abilities; Ability to execute clear and concise projects and reports
