Position: Territory Manager (Mobile / Baldwin County Area)
About: This role involves fostering customer relationships in a team-based selling model, managing deliveries according to the transportation department’s schedule, communicating with clients and collecting accounts receivable, and developing new business opportunities in the field. The position requires working both internally within various departments and externally with customers and vendors. It also involves frequent fieldwork in various weather conditions.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; 1+ year of sales experience preferred; foodservice industry/culinary/restaurant management/hospitality experience preferred; excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to build relationships and cold call for new business; exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills; competitive and results-driven mentality; problem-solving, organization, and negotiation skills; team-oriented to collaborate internally and externally; proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office products, experience using Customer relationship management tools preferred (e.g., Salesforce).
