Position: Territory Development Manager – Houston, TX
About: Unilever Food Solutions, the foodservice division of Unilever, leads the dynamic Food Service market across its categories and operates in over 70 countries, providing professional food and beverage products and services to a wide range of businesses including independent restaurants, hotels, chains, and contract caterers. As part of its digital transformation, UFS focuses on data-driven and technology-enabled Go-to-Market capabilities to engage with chefs and customers through various communication channels like sales visits, digital platforms, and personalized campaigns.
Requirements: 4-year College Degree or 2 years + Culinary Degree; 2+ years of experience in foodservice sales; Additional experience in the Culinary industry a plus; Proven track record of developing strategic relationships with decision-makers for operators and distributor customers; Proficiency in system usage (Blacksmith/Forge, Salesforce.com, Power BI); Negotiation skills and strong business acumen; Passion for driving results with a strong interest in the food industry
