Position: Terrace Cook 1
About: Accurately and efficiently prepare, portion, cook, and present a variety of hot and/or cold food items for various meal periods at a hospitality establishment. The position requires adherence to high-quality food service standards and regulations.
Requirements: PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Ability to work and stand in confined spaces for long periods; Ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 80 pounds; Ability to work in a standing position for extended periods; Demonstrated skills in teamwork, judgment, quality, quantity, safety and security, and dependability; 2-3 years of experience in a culinary role; Culinary degree preferred; Food Handler’s Certificate required.
