Position: Temporary Support Associate
About: Coach, a leading luxury retail brand under Tapestry, Inc., is seeking a Sales Support Associate to play a vital role in ensuring the store’s success and efficiency. The role involves providing excellent customer service at the cash wrap, maintaining a well-organized sales floor, and supporting the flow of products from receipt to sale. The Sales Support Associate will represent the Coach brand and create lasting impressions on customers through friendly and efficient interactions.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; 1-3 years of previous retail experience (cashier/stock experience, sales, etc.), preferably in a luxury retail service environment; possesses current knowledge of fashion trends and competition in the marketplace; knowledge of cash register systems and basic computer skills; ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds and, at times, up to 50 pounds; ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
