Requirements: Education: High school diploma or G.E.D equivalent; Related Work Experience: Some experience in general maintenance, exterior and interior surface preparation and painting; Experience in hotel engineering or maintenance a plus; Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience. License or Certification: Driver’s License
