Position: Technical Service Advisor – Remote
About: Join VXI as a Technical Support Advisor – Work from the comfort of your home. VXI is seeking a Technical Support Advisor to connect with customers and provide technical assistance for smartphones, tablets, and computers. This role involves troubleshooting technical issues and delivering exceptional customer service in a high-volume call center environment.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent education; Previous experience in customer support or technical support, preferably in a call center environment; Solid technical knowledge of smartphones and associated applications; Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills; Patience, empathy, and a customer-centric mindset; Strong problem-solving abilities; Ability to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced environment; Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays; Successful completion of pre-employment assessment and background check; Minimum typing speed of 40 WPM
