Position: Team Dining Room Cook’s Helper (Part-Time) – Santa Fe
About: This position directly supports the Executive Chef, Assistant Executive Chef, Room Chef, and Assistant Room Chef, ensuring the kitchen and equipment are in good working order, maintaining cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards. The cook supports the chefs in various cooking activities and ensures the kitchen area is well-maintained and stocked with necessary items.
Requirements: Minimum of one to two years of cook experience in a high-volume restaurant preferred; must be able to obtain all necessary work cards; demonstrate sound judgment and great attention to detail.
