About: Landing is a membership network of fully furnished apartments across the United States, offering professionally designed homes for rent with flexible terms and bundled utilities and internet for a seamless transition. The Field Operations team at Landing aims to provide exceptional experiences for members in Dallas, Houston, and Atlanta markets. They are currently looking for a Task Force Manager to join their team.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; 2+ years of hospitality experience; bias for action; exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; obsession with customer experience and satisfaction; ability to thrive in high-growth environments; experience using data and metrics for improvement; strong organizational and leadership qualities
