About: Extended Stay America Management, LLC is seeking a dedicated and experienced Relief General Manager to oversee and manage property operations of assigned hotels in various locations. This role involves providing leadership in the absence of General Managers and District Managers, ensuring optimal property performance, guest satisfaction, and profitability while upholding company standards and values.
Requirements: One year of property level, General Manager, Hotel Manager, or AGM experience; strong to expert working knowledge of ESA systems, policies, and procedures; analytical understanding of financial reporting procedures; good standing and strong performance reviews as a current General Manager or Assistant Manager
