About: TableOne Hospitality, a partnership between Highgate and Chef Michael Mina, is seeking a dedicated and innovative Sous Chef to lead the culinary team at Bar Sprezzattura in San Francisco, CA. The establishment aims to provide exceptional dining experiences and dynamic menus in collaboration with renowned chefs and industry experts.
Requirements: At least 2-3 years of experience in culinary direction and team management; advanced knowledge of culinary techniques and food hygiene practices; experience in opening hotels and restaurants preferred; strong communication and leadership skills; detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills
