Position: Supervisor, Technical Entertainment – Events
About: Universal Orlando Resort is seeking a Supervisor for technical aspects of assigned entertainment venues or events, ensuring show quality and a positive guest experience. This role involves technical planning, execution, quality assurance, and team supervision to maintain operational excellence within the Entertainment Department at the park.
Requirements: High school degree or GED required; Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university in a related field preferred; One to three years within a supervisory/lead position preferred; Three to five years of experience within the professional entertainment or theme park industry preferred; Ability to effectively communicate with various stakeholders and enforce safety protocols; Active participation in training, safety procedures, and team initiatives
