Position: Supervisor, Food Services – Food & Nutrition Services – Full Time

Requirements: High School Diploma/GED required; Associate/College Degree in Nutrition, Food Service Management, or related field preferred; Bachelor’s Degree in Nutrition, Food Service Management, or related field preferred; Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) preferred. Three (3) years of Food and Nutrition Service Experience required (Healthcare food service experience highly desirable); Two (2) years of supervisory experience in Nutrition and Food Service Experience (Healthcare food service experience highly desirable); Knowledge of food trends with a focus on quality, sanitation, food cost controls, and presentation; Knowledge and experience with therapeutic diet preparation; Strong leadership, management, and mentoring skills; Demonstrated knowledge of applicable health and safety standards; Communication skills both written and verbal and ability to communicate with management, client, customer, and associate levels.
