About: ivy & leo Boutique, located in The Shops at Friendly Center in Greensboro, NC, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Boutique Sales Manager to lead their team.
Requirements: Leadership: Drives business results by maximizing daily sales plans, managing expenses, and improving metrics through sales floor leadership; Plans, delegates, and follows up on expected tasks, assignments, and activities; Provides consistent developmental feedback and fosters a team environment; Acts as a liaison between various levels of management; People/Talent: Attracts, recruits, and retains team members focused on driving sales; Develops team members and prepares them for advancement; Reacts to performance issues fairly and consistently; Establishes professional relationships with team members; Guest Experience: Creates a proactive selling culture and builds a loyal guest following; Balances guest experience with operational tasks; Visual Merchandising: Maintains visually inspiring displays and enforces visual brand standards; Demonstrates a passion for fashion and understands trends; Operations: Enforces company policies and procedures consistently; Assists with team scheduling; Supervises opening and closing procedures; Protects boutique assets through routine audits and inventory checks
