Requirements: 2-5 years of supervisory experience in a QSR setting; ServSafe certification required; excellent communication and customer service skills; proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and POS systems; understanding of store financials, P&Ls, food costs, and labor; ability to meet deadlines and handle customer needs efficiently; willingness to cover shifts when needed; ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds
