Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; previous Starbucks/food service experience preferred; welcoming and helpful attitude; ability to communicate effectively and operate technology equipment as directed; strong attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes; capability to work independently and as part of a team; ability to handle cash register operations, climb ladders, and lift or move merchandise up to 44 pounds; flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays; able to work in varying temperatures and handle common allergens; remain mobile for the duration of a shift
