Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; Previous Starbucks/food service experience preferred; Ability to communicate effectively and work both independently and with a team; Attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes; Capability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks within set timeframes; Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays; Ability to lift and move merchandise up to 44 pounds safely; Comfortable working in various temperature conditions and handling common allergens
