Position: Starbucks Barista (T1021)

The Food & Beverage team ensures product freshness, availability, accurate pricing, and leads food and food services in the store. As a Starbucks Barista at Target, you will connect with guests to deliver quality handcrafted beverages and food, maintaining food and beverage standards while upholding a consistent Starbucks experience for guests. A typical day includes various responsibilities such as executing food and beverage processes, maintaining cleanliness, and engaging with guests to meet their expectations based on Starbucks standards.
Requirements: Previous Starbucks/food service experience preferred; welcoming and helpful attitude; ability to communicate effectively and operate technology equipment; work independently and with a team; attention to detail and capability to work in a fast-paced environment; handle cash register operations; climb ladders; lift merchandise up to 44 pounds; flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays; work in varying temperatures and handle allergens.
