Position: Starbucks Barista Supervisor
About: Aramark, a global provider of food, facilities, and uniform services operating in 15 countries worldwide, is seeking a dedicated Barista Supervisor to lead the team in providing excellent customer service and expertly crafted products in a vibrant environment. The supervisor will ensure the smooth operation of the coffee bar, assist in training baristas, process transactions, and maintain a clean and comfortable location.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; 1+ year of customer service experience in retail or restaurant settings; 2 years of task coordination or delegation experience; strong interpersonal and oral communication skills; knowledge of the retail environment; ability to work collaboratively in a team; capacity to build relationships; quick learner with a focus on quality; consistent attendance and punctuality; at least 2 years of customer-facing role experience involving interaction and fulfillment.
