Position: Sr. Technical Program Lead, Kitchen Technology
About: Chick-fil-A is seeking a Senior Technical Program Lead to drive the Services and Support function for their international restaurant divisions, based in Atlanta, GA. The role is crucial for the success of their International Technology Ecosystem deployments and optimizing support for operators, team members, and staff.
Requirements: Proven experience (5 years) in a services and support role in the technology industry, with a focus on restaurant technology; in-depth knowledge of digital technologies, restaurant operations, hospitality industry standards, point of sale systems, payments processing, self-service kiosks, and mobile applications; strong analytical and problem-solving skills; excellent communication and collaboration skills; proficiency in project management tools and software, such as Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms; ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously; experience leading significant technical initiatives and programs; knowledge and/or experience with development approaches and techniques; ability to understand business needs and translate them into techno-functional requirements; strong decision-making, analytical, and problem-solving skills; ability to effectively manage vendors; servant spirit with a strong sense of stewardship.
