About: Compass Group North America, a leading provider of food and support services, is currently seeking a Senior Sous Chef to join TouchPoint Support Services, specializing in hospitality services in healthcare and senior living sectors. This role involves assisting in the successful operation of the Culinary Department, supervising food preparation, menu planning, and catering events.

Requirements: A.O.S. Degree in Culinary Arts or culinary certificate and relevant experience; progressive culinary/kitchen management experience; catering experience preferred; high-volume foodservice operations experience desirable; institutional and batch cooking experience helpful; comprehensive knowledge of food and catering trends; proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer skills; ServSafe certification highly desirable
