Position: Special Events Chef De Cuisine
About: Honda Center, home to various events including concerts, Anaheim Ducks games, and high-end catering events, is seeking a Special Events Chef De Cuisine to oversee exclusive catering events with a focus on creativity, menu development, and top-notch food presentation. This role involves collaborating with culinary teams, menu planning, and ensuring exceptional hospitality and service standards.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience; minimum 15 years of experience in a Food & Beverage environment; high-volume banquet and special event experience preferred; proven leadership experience; strong attention to detail; excellent communication and organizational skills; flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
