Position: Special Events Chef De Cuisine

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience with a minimum of 15 years of experience working in a Food & Beverage environment; High-volume banquet and special event experience preferred; Experience leading teams and inspiring people to reach their full potential; Experience with menu development and food cost management; Strong attention to detail; Experience leading large culinary teams; Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Solid organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects at one time; Working knowledge of basic PC applications (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.); Working knowledge of time and attendance system (ABI preferred); Working knowledge of inventory management software; Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
