Requirements: Bachelor’s degree and 2 to 4 years of experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant; ability to work under minimal supervision and handle complex issues independently; comprehensive knowledge of culinary practices; proficiency in Windows Operating Systems and company-approved software; strong leadership and coaching skills; flexible schedule availability; excellent communication and problem-solving abilities; adept at working in high-pressure environments and handling workplace challenges effectively; ability to understand and analyze financial data and basic arithmetic functions
