Position: Sous Chef – The Chandler Steakhouse – MGM Springfield

Requirements: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent; at least 2 years of experience in a high-volume production or fine dining restaurant within a culinary role; prior supervisory experience in a fine dining restaurant or equivalent environment as a sous chef or similar leadership role; prior experience working within a casino, hotel, or resort setting; strong knowledge of steakhouse cuisine and cooking techniques; food & beverage and/or culinary degree or certification; ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed; proficient in Microsoft Office programs;
