About: Rivers Casino Des Plaines, located at 3000 S. River Road, Des Plaines, IL 60018, USA, is currently seeking a Sous Chef to join their culinary team.
Requirements: 3-5 years culinary leadership role in a gaming or hospitality environment; Culinary Degree strongly preferred; Illinois Food Handler Certification required; Excellent oral and written communication skills; Excellent leadership and motivation skills; Excellent organization and planning skills; Knowledge in various computer programs including Microsoft Office; Basic budgeting and mathematical skills; Ability to communicate effectively with team members and guests; Ability to fulfill pre-employment process; Ability to work flexible shifts including holidays and obtain necessary licensing
