Position: Sous Chef TAP Sports Club & Bar – MGM National Harbor

The Sous Chef role supports the Executive Chef in managing kitchen operations to ensure high standards are met and exceptional dining experiences are delivered to customers, all while adhering to company policies and procedures.
Requirements: At least 5 years of experience in a high volume restaurant production; at least 2 years of culinary management experience; knowledge of fast casual, batch cooking, fine dining, and quick service; strong leadership and team management skills; ability to be flexible with scheduling; understands budgeting and cost control; skilled in culinary techniques and creating menus; exceptional communication skills; strong problem-solving abilities; willingness to actively engage in the development and growth of others; takes pride in work and is self-motivated; enjoys promoting a collaborative team environment.
