Position: Sous Chef – Steak House (Smoke & Cedar)
About: Muckleshoot Casino Resort is seeking a dedicated and experienced Kitchen Supervisor to join their team. The resort prioritizes personalized guest experiences and upholding high standards of hospitality and service excellence. As a Kitchen Supervisor at Muckleshoot Casino Resort, you will play a key role in overseeing daily kitchen operations and ensuring the quality and consistency of culinary offerings in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Requirements: Associate degree in culinary arts and or vocational training preferred; Three (3) years of kitchen experience required; Two (2) years working in a fine dining restaurant preferred; One (1) year of food ordering is preferred; Proficiency in a variety of cooking techniques and a deep understanding of ingredient quality and seasonality; Must maintain a valid WA State Health Card/Food Handler permit
