Position: Sous Chef – Send Noodles
About: Palms Casino Resort, located in Las Vegas, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Sous Chef to join their dynamic kitchen team. The primary responsibilities include overseeing kitchen operations, supervising staff, controlling food and labor costs, and ensuring exceptional food quality and presentation to exceed guest expectations, in alignment with company policies and procedures.
Requirements: Must be at least 21 years old; high school diploma or equivalent; minimum of three (3) years of kitchen operation experience; demonstrated experience in developing department goals and action plans; must be able to obtain a Southern Nevada Health District Health Card
