Position: Sous Chef – Retail & Concessions – Anaheim Convention Center

About: Aramark, a leading provider of food, facilities, and uniform services, is seeking a dynamic Sous Chef to oversee retail and concessions operations at the Anaheim Convention Center. The role is ideal for a hands-on chef with strong leadership skills in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, responsible for menu specials, grab-and-go offerings, inventory, ordering, and ensuring top-tier food quality while enhancing guest experience.

Requirements: Proven experience as a Sous Chef or similar leadership role in a high-volume setting; 2-3 years of experience. Strong understanding of concessions, retail food operations, and grab-and-go production. Excellent organizational and leadership skills with the ability to multitask. Expertise in inventory management, ordering, and cost control. Creative and passionate about food innovation. ServSafe certification (preferred). Ability to work an event-based schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
