Position: Sous Chef – Retail & Concessions – Anaheim Convention Center

About: We are seeking a dynamic Sous Chef to oversee our retail and concessions operations at the Anaheim Convention Center. This role is perfect for a hands-on chef with strong leadership skills who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. The Sous Chef will be responsible for menu specials, grab-and-go offerings, inventory, ordering, and ensuring top-tier food quality while working closely with the front-of-house retail team to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

Requirements: Proven experience as a Sous Chef or similar leadership role in a high-volume setting, 2-3 years of experience; Strong understanding of concessions, retail food operations, and grab-and-go production; Excellent organizational and leadership skills with the ability to multitask; Expertise in inventory management, ordering, and cost control; Creative and passionate about food innovation; ServSafe certification (preferred); Ability to work an event-based schedule which will include evenings, weekends, and holidays
