Position: Sous Chef- Private Aviation Catering
About: Abby’s Catering has been providing one-of-a-kind culinary and hospitality experience since opening in 1980. Our customers are high profile passengers visiting or residing in Houston. We serve celebrities, government officials, heads of states, secretaries, and industry leaders traveling out of Houston aboard private, corporate, and commercial aircraft. Abby’s also caters gourmet delights for corporate offices, private events, and manages food service contracts.
Requirements: This position requires flexible work schedules within a 24/7 work environment. Experience in Leadership, Management, demanding Accountability, and a high degree of Training and Teaching abilities is necessary to lead the team to success in terms of product quality, productivity output, and compliance with food safety rules and regulations.
