Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; minimum of 5 years experience in high-end dining establishments; expert knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary styles; strong leadership and communication skills; ability to work well under pressure; detail-oriented and organized; culinary degree preferred; experience in a Michelin-starred restaurant a plus
