Requirements: Four or more years of experience in a professional food preparation position, encompassing all phases of food service and kitchen operations; Two or more years of experience in a restaurant kitchen supervisory/management position; Two- or four-year degree from a post-secondary culinary arts training program preferred; Previous country club work experience preferred; ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification preferred; Strong knife skills; Ability to stand for long periods of time; Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds
