Position: Sous Chef, Park Room PM

Requirements: Four+ years of experience in professional food preparation; Two+ years of experience in restaurant kitchen supervisory/management; Two- or four-year degree from a post-secondary culinary arts training program preferred; Previous country club work experience preferred; ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification preferred; Strong knife skills; Ability to stand for long periods of time; Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds
