Position: Sous Chef – Ole Red Las Vegas
About: Ole Red Las Vegas is looking for a Sous Chef to lead the kitchen staff and manage the production and execution of menu items for the main restaurant, banquet functions, and other outlets. The Sous Chef will create and execute menu recipes as defined by company standards and culinary leadership, ensuring exceptional standards to exceed guest experience expectations.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; culinary degree preferred; experience managing food production and leading culinary teams; strong knowledge of menu planning and execution; ability to train and develop culinary teams and maintain budgeted costs; familiarity with inventory management and purchasing processes; adherence to health, safety, and labor regulations; excellent communication and leadership skills
