Position: Sous Chef | MCAD
About: American Dining Creations, a division of American Food & Vending and a prominent hospitality service partner in the United States, is seeking a Sous Chef to join their team. Requirements: An associate degree in culinary arts or hospitality preferred; three years experience in a similar culinary leadership role preferred; prior experience in scheduling, hiring, and staff development; strong time management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment; proficient in Microsoft Office, ordering systems, and food safety regulations; able to lift up to 50lbs and perform daily physical tasks.
