Position: Sous Chef – Maya Grill, Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort

Requirements: Minimum of three years of culinary experience; Minimum of one year of leadership experience, with previous kitchen leadership preferred; Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent, with a Culinary arts degree strongly preferred; Previous experience in high volume and/or upscale restaurants a plus; Previous experience preparing Mexican cuisine a plus; Manager Food Safety certificate (ServSafe, FSP, or equivalent) required; Stable work history showing continuous growth and strong work ethic; Effective leadership experience with strong customer satisfaction metrics; Ability to work under pressure and manage stressful situations; Financial responsibility in budgeting, cost management, purchasing, inventory, and revenue generation; Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Proficient in food safety regulations, HACCP principles, food allergens/dietary needs, and OSHA guidelines
