Position: SOUS CHEF – Manhattan College – Bronx, NY

About: Gourmet Dining at Manhattan College in Bronx, NY is looking for a detail-oriented and skilled Sous Chef to join their team. Requirements: A.S. degree or equivalent experience; progressive culinary/kitchen management experience; catering experience preferred; high volume, complex foodservice operations experience highly desirable; institutional and batch cooking experience helpful; comprehensive knowledge of food and catering trends with a focus on quality, production, sanitation, food cost controls, and presentation; computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Power Point), Outlook, E-mail, and the Internet; willingness to engage in client satisfaction programs/activities; ServSafe certified highly desirable
