Requirements: Minimum 2 years professional hospitality leadership experience in a similar environment; ability to execute all positions in the kitchen, understand and produce a variety of sauces and dishes, demonstrate expertise in kitchen operations, possess good math and English skills, maintain high standards of cleanliness and food quality, manage kitchen staff effectively
