About: Longfellow Hotel is seeking a dedicated Sous Chef to support the Executive Chef in managing the culinary operations of Twinflower Café & Five of Clubs bar.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; culinary degree or relevant certification preferred; 2+ years of experience in a kitchen environment; strong organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to work well under pressure
