Requirements: 3-5 years in commercial cooking, with expertise in Korean cuisine; Culinary school certification or apprenticeship preferred. Fluency in Korean and English is required. Strong understanding of HACCP and food safety standards. Proven ability to guide and motivate a team. Adept at managing productivity, stock, and quality in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Windows-based applications.
