Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Jr. Sous Chef or Sous Chef in a fast-paced, high-quality restaurant; a deep understanding of Mexican cuisine or a strong willingness to learn and adapt; strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire and manage a team; excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a high-pressure environment; passionate about creating dishes with fresh, local ingredients; a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of food quality and kitchen safety
