Requirements: Associates Degree in Culinary Arts or related field preferred; Minimum of 3-5 years Professional Culinary Leadership experience in a high-volume dining setting required; Comprehensive knowledge of food and catering trends; Registered Food Service Manager (RFSM) certification required within 90 days of employment; Food Handlers Permit required within 30 days of employment
