Requirements: High school diploma; 5 years of kitchen supervisory experience; Serve Safe certification; gaming license/registration as required by jurisdiction(s); exceptional interpersonal communication skills under pressure; demonstrated sound judgment; cooperative and friendly nature; completion of “Serv-Safe” certification within 120 days; extensive knowledge of food preparation; ability to use computer systems for requisitions and timekeeping; familiarity with Material Data Safety Sheets; physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds; flexibility to work varied shifts and holidays
