Position: Sous Chef job
About: Bowlero is seeking a Sous Chef to supervise and coordinate activities of cooks and other kitchen staff in preparing and cooking food. This role reports to the Chef and assumes kitchen responsibilities in the Chef’s absence, ensuring the smooth operation of banquets and food service.
Requirements: Minimum of 1-3 years of kitchen supervisory experience in high-volume retail, hospitality, or restaurant venue; highly developed sense of customer service and interpersonal skills; thorough knowledge of POS systems and basic business math; ServSafe certification required
